Welcome to imagi (the "App"). imagi Education, Inc. ("imagi Education," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in relation to the imagi mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you understand and agree that we provide a platform for you to create and post content, including coding projects, comments, and other materials ("User Content"), and to share User Content with other users. Other users may search for, view, use, or share any User Content that you make publicly available through the Service, consistent with this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the Service.

imagi Education is committed to protecting the privacy of children. The App is designed for users aged 13 and older. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and related regulations.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information as promptly as possible.

We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice).

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (username, email address, phone number), demographic information (date of birth), internet or electronic network activity information (usage data, device information), and user-generated content (coding projects, comments).
12. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to the United States and other countries where imagi Education or its service providers operate.
