Shipping & Returns

The imagiCharm is shipped from Sweden. For the EU and the US, VAT and sales tax are included in the rewards. EU customers will not be charged any import taxes. For all other countries, taxes and duties may apply.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel or return your order.  If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipment will be at the buyer’s expense. The Shipping method that  provides a tracking number must be used: we will not exchange or refund damaged or lost items in transit.

To return the product, you should mail it to: imagiLabs AB, Alströmergatan 22, 112 47 Stockholm, Sweden.

Please follow the flowing steps in order to return an item:

  1. Before returning an item, please please fill out the Standard cancellation form and email it to us at support@imagilabs.com.
  2. Make sure that the item that you want to return is unused, in the same packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 
  3. After receiving the confirmation email (up to 2 business days) please return the item. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your return. 

If the refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

It may take some time to receive the refund. If the refund was done by the company but you still didn't receive it, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@imagilabs.com.


We only exchange  items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at support@imagilabs.com. Once we receive the request, we will send you the confirmation email with more details  and you will be able to process and send the  item to: imagiLabs AB, Alströmergatan 22, 112 47 Stockholm, Sweden..
In the case of the faulty or damaged item, the company will cover the shipping costs.  


imagiLabs items are covered by the three-year warranty, against any defects in materials or workmanship. The three-year period starts from the day the product is  received. In order to get the warranty you will need to provide the company with the receipts. Without a  proof of purchase no exchange or refund can be provided.

Once the product is received, the company will examine it and if the defects are found, the exchange or refund will be provided. However, if the defect appears  because of  misuse, modification or unauthorized repair, the warranty will not be valid.  The warranty is not transferable.

Dispute resolution mechanisms

If you have a dispute with the company, first of all, you have to contact us at support@imagilabs.com in order to try to resolve the dispute informally. 

If the dispute cannot be resolved this way, you have a right to file a complaint with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) (www.arn.se).
If you reside in another EU-member state, you have a right to submit the dispute on online dispute resolution platform for EU consumers (http://ec.europa.eu/odr)
The disputes can be also resolved by using the option of the court action.
