The imagiCharm is shipped from Sweden. For the EU and the US, VAT and sales tax are included in the price. EU customers will not be charged any import taxes. For all other countries, taxes and duties may apply.

1. Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from imagiLabs. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. 

For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it in its original packaging with its included accessories along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For more information on how to proceed with a return or questions regarding an exchange, refund or warranty, please see the following points. 

1.2 How to return an item

To return your item, send us an email clearly indicating the item you intend to return or the order you intend to cancel. Please reach out to us at support@imagilabs.com. We will review your request, and if it is approved, we will send you instructions for how to proceed with the return.

We offer free returns and refund all the costs for the shipment except additional costs for express delivery. 

1.3 Refund

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm the status of your return. If the refund is approved, a refund is initiated immediately. 

If you cancel an order before it is fulfilled, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 days business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

1.4 Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time to receive the refund. If the refund was issued but you still haven't received it, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

1.5 Exchange

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at support@imagilabs.com. We will review your request, and if it is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

1.6 Warranty 

imagiLabs items are covered by a three-year warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship. The three-year period starts from the day the product is received. In order to claim the warranty you will need to provide the company with the receipt of purchase. Without proof of purchase no exchange or refund can be provided. 

Once the product is received, the company will examine it and if defects are found, an exchange or refund will be processed. However, if the defect appears because of misuse, modification or unauthorised repair, the warranty will not be valid. The warranty is not transferable.
